Lebo’s Soweto Backpackers are based in Orlando West, Soweto.
It is an ideal place for tourists to explore and experience historical and vibrant Soweto on a bicycle. The business is named after the owner, Lebohang Malepa, born and bred in Soweto. He decided to turn his family home into Soweto's first and only Backpackers Hostel which was officially launched in August 2003.

Lebo and his team have developed a refreshing approach to township tourism, which enables tourists to experience everyday life in Soweto in a low impact/high value manner. The business also supports a number of community development initiatives targeting youth and supports a range of formal and informal businesses through its operations.
